About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cellar Manager to join our team at Solotel. As a Cellar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our cellar, ensuring that our beer and wine offerings are always of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt and storage of beer and wine deliveries
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of beer lines and cellar equipment
  • Assist with the ordering and liaison with suppliers
  • Provide operational support and assistance to the venue
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of beer and wine operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks
