Our people are advising on Australia's largest infrastructure projects including Brisbane's Cross River Rail, NSW's Sydney Metro and Victoria's Metro Tunnel Project and Level Crossing Removal Project.


YOUR OPPORTUNITY


You will support the Advisory National Bid Manager and consultants in our Advisory Division to develop compelling, client-focused bids for their work on some of Australia's largest and most exciting infrastructure projects.

Your role will include assisting with general bid admin tasks, including;

  • Setting up and keeping uptodate templates;
  • Formatting bid material response documents, CVs, etc.;
  • Doc control during submission period;
  • Maintaining an accurate library of information to support the tender process;
  • Managing tender portals, clarification questions and bid submissions;
  • Any other administrative tasks as requested.

YOU WILL HAVE

  • Experience in bids, marketing or business development, preferably within a large professional services/consulting environment. Experience in construction or infrastructure projects highly regarded.
  • Advanced level of computer literacy including Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Outlook skills. Familiarity with the Adobe suite would be a bonus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, including a proven ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and juggle lots of activities simultaneously whilst maintaining composure.
