We are looking for an experienced Corporate professional to provide PA support to the Group CEO office and manage the front office of our Sydney CBD office (Barrack Place).

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Group CEO Office in addition to the smooth day to day running of all business services.


  • Meet and greet Management/ Board/ Clients and Guests
  • Travel arrangements and logistics
  • Administrative support to the Group CEO and office
  • Process of expenses/accounts and invoices
  • Prepare both Board and Committee packs for NRMA meetings
  • Prepare external Board packs for CEO
  • Coordinate catering/ room setup for various meetings
  • Provide support to the CEO in the absence of the CoS
  • Manage and maintain the Group CEO Mailbox
  • Provide coverage to EGMs as when their EAs/PAs is unavailable

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant within a Corporate environment a
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (including MS Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising with Board Members, Executives and/or Senior Leaders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple processes and tasks
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Flexible and agile in ways of working
  • Capable of following up and closing out every piece of work
  • Demonstrate the ability to participate positively in a team environment
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • A friendly, professional and positive outlook
