What we do

Your New Role Overview
Joining Mable on a 12 month fixed term contract, the

Executive Operations Lead spans both the strategic and the tactical, working very closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to ensure accountability, execution, and delivery of priorities.

What will you be doing?

Ensure strategic alignment and enablement through key leadership meetings:

  • Oversee strategic scheduling of CEO's time in partnership with CEO's Executive Assistant; rationalise CEO's time so it is spent in the appropriate focus areas
  • Attend key meetings and events with the CEO and ensure timely completion of action items
  • Create a consistent, systematic process for Executive Leadership Team meetings for highest and best use of time; draft prep materials and agendas in advance, record notes and keep meetings on track, and follow up for successful completion of action items
  • Work with the Executive Leadership Team to coordinate and facilitate meetings, oversee calendars, define objectives, purpose and agendas for maximum effectiveness
  • Identify, implement, and document proper systems and structures to allow for efficient Executive Leadership operations; create clear and useful documents, templates, and processes for the team and refine as necessary

Align the organisation:

  • Drive framework and process around quarterly, annual, and longterm strategic business planning
  • Support Executive team with various projects as needed including identifying resources, initiating kick offs and setting teams up with systems to facilitate delivery.
  • Streamline the processes for implementation, prioritisation and reporting of projects and programs
  • Develop best practices for communication, documentation and information sharing across the organisation
  • Develop and deliver company wide cadences (logistics, content, preparation)
  • Coordinating events, not just the logistics, but identifying when an event is needed and bringing the right people together in the right way to make it happen.

Your previous experience:

  • 57 years of experience with Program or Project Management, or similar
  • Experience with strategic planning, organisational planning, and operational followthrough
  • Experience prioritising, managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment
  • Expert at best practice tools, processes and methods to organise and coordinate multiple tasks, activities and projects with lots of different stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically (beyond just the here and now), and synthesise a lot of information to come up with practical solutions with tangible impact
  • Developed skills in data and financial analysis and evaluation, project management and business/ process improvement, advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a self starter with a high degree of judgement and ability to juggle a diverse range of priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals, presentations and speaking in front of groups.
  • Curiosity and passion to learn new things, including acquiring business acumen in order to better appreciate the commercial/business risks and perspectives.
  • Ability to form relationships and influence a diverse range of peers and stakeholders.
