The Role


As an Employee Learning and Development Facilitator for Sales and Service, your role is to provide facilitation of training to new and existing frontline employees.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing Learning & Development team and facilitate innovative training and support to employees working in our Contact Centres and Retail stores.

You will ensure employees are knowledgeable on the services and products we offer so they can convey this to our customers in a simple and accurate way.


Your impact
We're looking for someone who can provide technical advice, coaching, guidance and support to learners.

You will impact in this role by:

  • Supporting learners through coaching to provide more human conversations enabling more indepth health conversations with our customers
  • Preparing and delivering training sessions by working closely with the learning and development team to ensure consistent and creative approach to the delivery of our workshops.
  • Facilitating and conducting training sessions with new and existing frontline staff via virtual channels and facetoface.
  • Ensuring learning outcomes of each program are achieved by all participants, and assessing participants capability during and postlearning session/s.
  • Providing feedback on the learning resources and materials as part of the continuous improvement program, and contributing to other organisational quality and improvement processes

About you


You bring at least 1-2 years of experience as a practicing Facilitator and have a working knowledge of adult learning principles.

You're a self-starter who is passionate about learning and development.

Must have skills

  • Demonstrated success developing and facilitating learning programs
  • Prior vocational experience and skills in one or more areas of expertise relevant to the learning courses being delivered
  • Supporting learners through coaching to provide human and important health conversations to our customers
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent working business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to build rapport and engage with learning groups

Highly desired

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and an understanding of coaching and facilitation principles
  • An understanding of the private health insurance sector, with specific product expertise is highly desirable
