The Role

Proficiently orchestrate the planning and execution of events, conferences, exhibitions, and various functions for both internal and external clients. Strategically leverage our facilities and services to optimise profitability, consistently meeting annual targets and fostering repeat business.

About You

  • Tertiary education in event coordination or management highly desirable.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in Event Coordination in a similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, Visio.
  • Ability to adapt to business demands.
