Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project resources and dispatch teams as needed
  • Communicate with clients to schedule projects and handle priority events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to achieve team and company customer satisfaction targets
  • Keep the projects team informed of project schedules and pipeline
  • Manage orders and complete weekly stock takes
  • Maintain vehicle stock and assign stock to projects
  • Ensure accurate time entry and timesheet quality assurance for the projects team
  • Educate customers on best practices and processes
  • Develop professionally by undertaking training and participating in scheduled 1:1's and reviews
Requirements
  • Experience in a scheduling role, projects administration, or customer service with scheduling or project coordination activities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to converse with and coordinate multiple levels within the organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
  • Technical knowledge or MSP experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle constructive feedback professionally
