State Manager will be based in their stunning Richmond Showroom, working closely with the Sydney based General Manager of Sales to create the annual strategic sales plan for Victoria. If you have experience leading a sales team, a passion for premium brands and knowledge of the Architecture & Design industry, this role could be for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and retain a highperforming sales team Work with the team to meet/exceed the annual sales targets Empower the team through effective leadership, skills development and goal setting Meet/exceed own sales budget and agreed KPI's and measures Deliver a client experience that aligns with a luxury brand Monitor the State sales P&L and adapt strategy and operations Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years in sales of interior products (preferred) An energetic, enthusiastic, initiating, and cando approach Ability to inspire, motivate and mentor others Ability to report to and manage multiple key stakeholders Welldeveloped organizational and planning skills, with the ability to put structures in place Experience managing a state or national sales team Experience in the A&D industry (preferred)
