About this opportunity:

We are growing our NSW Team. We are looking for a 'Can do' person who enjoys working in a fast paced and energetic environment. You will be providing operational support to the Operations Manager and Install Teams.

You will be involved with:

  • Managing day to day operations including timesheets, purchase orders, processing invoices, directing customer queries
  • Assist the team with general reporting queries.
  • Assist the team with onboarding new vendors.
  • Work with the team to develop new and improve current processes to make workflow more efficient.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with all relevant policies
  • Reviewing weekly and monthly schedules
  • Working closely with our customers throughout the process including issue escalations
  • This is a great opportunity to suggest and implement process improvement ideas within the Install Operations team.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
