Reporting to the General Manager and supported by the Group Director People and Culture, this position is responsible for all people related strategies within our diverse workforce and leads on all employee related issues.
The role is responsible for related compliance, administration, workforce planning & retention, performance reward & succession planning, wellbeing activities, organisational development and onboarding.
