Located in the Ibis Styles Hobart, Mr Good Guy takes you deep into the night markets of Asia, allowing our guests to experience the hawker food found in the backstreets and laneways of South-East Asia in the heart of Hobart. Job DescriptionAll about the role
A rare opportunity to join and lead the of Mr Good Guy. A pivotal role in the business, the role reports to the Hotel Operations Manager. The role will suit someone looking to expand or take the next step in their career. This is a full-time role that will require flexibility with working mornings, nights and weekends. A sneak peak of what the role entails:
A full-time role, reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager; Ensuring that rosters are compliant with business demands and budgeted manning guides; On-boarding and training of all new and current staff, ensuring support is provided to the team at all times; Bring a creative element to the venue and work closely with the broader team to curate quarterly promotions; Monitor all daily sales, ordering, and costs for the venue; Maximising revenue growth opportunities Work in conjunction with all stakeholders to ensure smooth venue operations and functions; Liaise with the kitchen team regarding menu changes, selling strategies, customer feedback and service issues. QualificationsALL about you:
