About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead the Front-of-House Team: Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Staff Development and Leadership: Assist in the development and leadership of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Hands-on Approach: Be prepared to work across all sections and areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, bar, and dining areas.
