About the Role


As the Change Manager within our operations team, you will play a pivotal role to support Grill'd ambitious growth plans to ensure we deliver operational excellence by managing key changes and process for our restaurant teams.

Reporting to the Head of Trade Operations, you will be a key contributor in the business by overseeing the process of organisational change to ensure successful implementation of new and updated initiatives.


What you'll be doing:

  • Planning and successful implementation of new initiatives to our restaurants, which includes ownership/maintenance of our restaurant calendar of key projects and events across the business
  • Partner/collaborate with internal departments such as supply chain, marketing and more to embed project initiatives and provide guidance on successful execution into restaurant
  • Monitor, assess and evaluate change performance initiatives and provide reporting and feedback to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with our operations team nationally and locally to build best practice and rollout plan to educate and inform their teams of new initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • You're an established Change Manager with experience within a multisite environment such as retail or hospitality, you have experience working within an environment that strives for operational excellence
  • You are natural relationship builder, who is able to make an impact and partner with people at all levels
  • Previous experience in technical writing such as developing operating manual and learning guides will be highly advantageous
  • Previous experience managing an internal communications platform will be high advantageous
