About Our Client:


Our client is a very well-known and highly respected member of the Financial Service community in Melbourne, having been in operation for over 25 years but have experienced fantastic growth in the past five-years.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic personality to gain employment, in a position where all levels of experience will be considered.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Support Operations, your main role and responsibilities will include:

  • Daily communications with customers surrounding their loans and approvals.
  • Communicate with underwriters and learn the tasks and responsibilities they perform.
  • Liaising between internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Data entry of customer payments and maintaining a highlevel of data integrity.
  • Process customer loan documentation forms and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
  • Adhoc customer service and administration responsibilities.
