Ipswich, Australia Top Office Full time

We are urgently seeking an experienced administrator to start immediately in a temporary full-time assignment with a highly reputable road and civil construction business located in the Ipswich area. Assisting with fleet management duties, this role will be Monday to Friday and there is flexibility to start at either 7:30am or 8:00am.

This role will be responsible for a range of fleet duties, together with associated administration tasks including:

  • Entering maintenance requests, inspections and registration of fleet and plant
  • Maintenance of fuel logbooks
  • Matching job cards to work orders.
  • Enter pre-start information
  • Recording labour costs and associated data
  • Upkeep of the maintenance records and asset registers for fleet and plant.
  • Associated administration (fuel card, eTolls) tasks, filing/archiving, matching correspondence and general administration support.

To be considered for this temporary opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skils
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Experience using ERP/financial management software systems (experience using Sybiz Vision advantageous but not essential)
  • Availability to commence asap and work Monday to Friday (7:30am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm)

Initially this is a temporary position however for the right candidate a permanent opportunity might exist
