x15 is looking for an experienced End User Experience Specialist who is ready to join a dynamic team who prides themselves on doing things a little different.


As an End User Experience Specialist you will be part Change Manager, part Project Manager, part Product Owner and part Trainer.

You will act as an advocate for x15 and Venture staff, helping them adopt and navigate technology change.

You will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology, deliver innovative solutions and will work with some amazing people.


Responsibilities:


X15 is brilliant at pushing the boundaries and delivering innovative technology but with continual change comes the huge challenge of managing the impacts to and change of behaviour required of staff.

As a result, you will be responsible for;

  • Working with technology teams to understand the impacts of change
  • Assisting communicate projects and changes with staff
  • Taking a hands on approach to guiding staff through how changes will impact them and what is required from them
  • Listening to feedback from staff and communicating this with key stakeholders to enact change
  • Creating high quality user guides, processes and various training material
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Owning a set of core Workplace technologies and helping drive future roadmaps
Competencies


We are interested to hear from people who have experience in the majority of the below, and a strong desire to master the rest.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong background in customer serviceoriented roles.
  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft M365 environments (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office, Power Platform Etc).
  • Experience with a broad set of technologies such as Atlassian Cloud Suite, GitHub, Azure etc
  • Ability to empathise with people and a willingness to advocate on their behalf
  • Experience and knowledge of ITIL processes and how these integrate with Change and Configuration Management processes
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
