About the role
- 12 Months Fixed term This role will partner with our Senior Leadership team, supporting our leaders to identify the best internal and external talent for their roles, as well as work with the leadership team to implement and deliver on their talent strategies. We're looking for a strong business partner who can influence, partner and challenge at all levels of the organisation as wells as someone who employs best practice and proactive recruitment approaches to source and attract the best talent in the market.
You'll have the opportunity to partner with senior leaders as a subject matter expert to drive and support improved decision making and approaches around how we attract, engage and hire the best and diverse talent for our business.
You'll also:
About you and your skills
We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition professional who loves what they do and can apply their expertise and partner with a variety of functions and stakeholders. You'll have proven and successful background as a proactive and value add Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or external function.
Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting in a broad range of corporate roles, however we won't let that get in the way of hiring great talent
