Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to join our Store Support Centre (SSC) Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our high-performing team, you'll partner with our Senior Leadership to identify and attract top talent for our business.
About YouYou'll have a proven track record of delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions, with a strong background in corporate recruitment. Your expertise will enable you to proactively source and pipeline talent, leveraging various channels to market and engaging with our business stakeholders to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to provide insights, reporting, and guidance on key hiring and talent decisions
- Proactively source and pipeline talent, utilizing various channels to market and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
- Manage various initiatives and projects across the TA function and relevant business areas
