Senior Legal Counsel

We're seeking a seasoned lawyer to join our Property team at Coles Group. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you'll provide expert advice on complex commercial transactions and contracts, ensuring the continued success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and negotiate complex commercial transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, leasing, and development arrangements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory and operational environments to provide suitable legal and risk advice.
- Identify and implement new processes to improve legal services delivery and efficiency.
We're looking for a mid to top-tier trained lawyer with a current practising certificate. You'll have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
You'll be highly customer-focused, committed to timely resolution of issues, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
