Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our Store Support Centre (SSC) Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will partner with our Senior Leadership team to identify and attract top talent for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract, and retain top talent.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams to provide insights, reporting, and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions.
- Proactively source and pipeline talent using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage various initiatives and projects across the TA function and relevant business areas.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can apply their expertise to drive business results. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to demonstrate your ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
