About the Role
The Security Analyst Lead will play a critical role in leading a team of security analysts responsible for all aspects of the Identity and Access Management Platforms project lifecycle. This includes requirements gathering and elaboration, process analysis and mapping, functional design, iteration and implementation planning and execution, quality assurance and acceptance, data migration, release management, and transition to the Business as Usual (BAU) phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a security analyst centre of excellence, including recruiting and retaining top talent.
- Establish best practices and ensure alignment across the team.
- Act as an active people leader, training and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Lead or contribute to the discovery of IT solution requirements.
- Lead or contribute to the development of the business case for the IT solution.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to understand and solve business problems and develop options for functional design and business change.
- Manage and elaborate requirements to support solution implementation, including requirements and functional design modelling, and writing business requirements artefacts.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and templates for projects requiring Identity and Access Management services.
- Work with quality assurance teams to assure business and technical acceptance of the solution being delivered.
- Manage work-streams or work with delivery teams to contribute to planning and execution of project activities.
- Lead or contribute to change management activities to support project implementations and transition into the BAU phase.
- Maintain IAM platform-level documentation.
About You and Your Skills
- Formal tertiary qualification preferred.
- Experience in a retail environment advantageous.
- Able to harness information and opportunities.
- Values specialist expertise and capitalises on the knowledge and skills of others within the organisation.
