Key Responsibilities- Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and implement talent strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Proactively source and pipeline top talent using various channels and tools
- Provide insights and reporting to support key hiring and talent decisions
