Reporting to the
Group Manager - Client Solutions, the
Business Unit Manager HMS & Drill
Services is responsible for the overall management of development, implementation, and execution of the Heavy Mining Shovels & Drill business services strategy unit to support our customers within Western Australia.


In this newly created position, the successful individual will play a pivotal role within the business and will work to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers, as well as Caterpillar and other OEM partners.

Furthermore, the position carries the responsibility of overseeing the comprehensive financial performance of the HMS & Drill services business unit, encompassing both sales and operations, to ensure sustained profitability.


Location:
Perth Precinct, WA

Roster:
Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day

To be successful the following is required:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Commerce, Engineering or similar (MBA)
  • Significant demonstrated industry experience within the Mining or Technology industry
  • Previous experience in the development and implementation of business strategy
  • Extensive experience working with executive level stakeholders, both internally and externally, and have the ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills with the ability to understand the market and create new market opportunities
  • Demonstrated Machine Product knowledge including used equipment and component values and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership quality and ability to develop talent
  • Safety culture must be at the core of your values
