**The Opportunity

As a Marketing Manager in the Subscriptions team, you'll develop data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns across various channels that fuel acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term loyalty.

You'll leverage your expertise to craft targeted strategies and optimise performance across the entire subscriber lifecycle for our two subscription propositions Everyday Extra and Delivery Unlimited.


As part of the growing Subscriptions team within WooliesX, you will be responsible for delivering campaigns and initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and retention within our Everyday Rewards base.

You will be joining a team in a fast paced environment where you are encouraged to innovate and push the boundaries to deliver best in class outcomes.

You're customer obsessed, insights driven and highly analytical with experience in new customer acquisition and subscriptions.

**What you'll do

  • Deliver omnichannel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, including owned channels, offline media, digital & social advertising and SEO/SEM
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative agency to develop compelling marketing collateral and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Present campaign plans, performance metrics, and recommendations to key stakeholders for alignment and endorsement
**What you'll bring

  • 5+ years experience in customer lifecycle Marketing or data driven Marketing roles, subscriptions experience highly regarded
  • Proven track record of executing successful dataled marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks and optimisation programs
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding capabilities, with an ability to influence and manage multistakeholders
