To continue our mission, we seek a highly experienced Head of Sales & Marketing with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion accessories industry to co-lead our commercial strategy and brand vision with our founders.

Head of Sales and MarketingThe RoleRelish in the opportunity of being the co-strategic architect for our commercial growth while staying true to our founders' artistic, expressive, and creative essence.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that inspires our team and resonates deeply with our customers, setting us uniquely apart in industry.

Become the guardian of our identity, developing elegant omnichannel strategies that enhance and optimise our domestic and international reach.
Inspire and lead our passionate sales and digital teams to greatness, fostering growth and continuous development opportunities.
Build and enhance our financial and business operating foundations, optimising for data-driven, high commercial acumen insights and company-wide efficiencies.
About YouYou are a demonstrably seasoned senior leader in professional luxury fashion accessories who is strategically minded and results-driven.

You have developed a dynamic commercial acumen while being creatively driven, with at least ten years of experience, five of which as a senior strategic leader managing multiple teams.

You are highly accomplished across all aspects of sales and marketing, from e-commerce and wholesale to retail, PR and traditional marketing,You are a natural, warm, human-centred leader adept at and energised by developing, coaching, and nurturing high-performing teams.

You love the idea of working full-time from our beautiful Studio headquarters and Showroom in Byron Bay.
Preferably, you are already living in the North Rivers region.
