About Us

Murdoch University's International Office is responsible for the recruitment of international students to Murdoch University.

They also contribute significantly to building the brand and profile of the University via its extensive offshore marketing activities and development of networks globally with students, agents, institutions, industry, media and government departments (Australian and overseas).

The Role

As the International Operations Officer at Murdoch University, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing the administrative and operational processes with Murdoch International to ensure compliance with the University's obligations under the ESOS Act, the National Code and other Australian and international government requirements, and provide support to the manager, International Operations

Your key duties will include:

  • Contribute to the implementation of the University's ESOS management framework.
  • Coordinate and work in line with effective and efficient policies and process across Murdoch International
  • Participate on working parties related to international governance as required.
  • Provide administrative support to effective management of Murdoch International incentive and scholarship schemes and sponsored students programs.
What you'll bring to this role

  • Degree in with subsequent work experience; or an equivalent combination or relevant experience and/ or education/training.
  • Understanding of principles associated to promoting international programs.
  • Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational, time and workload management skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in the production of highlevel work using software.
