About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, energetic and accomplished Receptionist/Office Manager to join our team.


This is an exciting career opportunity role for someone who is highly organised, has strong admin experience, a keen eye for detail and thrives on taking responsibility for the office experience for both employees and clients visiting our office in Artarmon.

You will play an integral role in ensuring that we continue to create a fun and vibrant office atmosphere for our successful, enthusiastic and friendly team.


Responsibilities

Day to day you'll be involved in:

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office
  • Procurement and stock management
  • Meet and greet clients and suppliers
  • Admin support to the CEO
  • Assisting the Finance and Admin team
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Assist with office events and social event planning
  • Coordination of deliveries and couriers
  • Stationery and office orders

Requirements:

  • Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
  • Previous experience as an Receptionist/Office Manager
  • Be well presented
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in ConnectWise and/or Dynamics is an advantage
