Job Description:
As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you are the first point of contact for all visitors to the NEXTDC facilities.
- Greet all visitors to NEXTDC in a timely, friendly and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor NEXTDC facility systems
- Provide accurate incident reports
- General receptionist, administrative and customer service support duties
- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Answer the overflow of calls to our Customer Support telephone line
Hours:
This is a Day Shift position working 6:00am - 6:00pm, 4 days on, 4 days off
This position is a 12 month Fixed Term Maternity Cover

Qualifications:
- Passion for, and experience in, customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, cando, positive attitude with the ability to multitask
- Ability to build relationships with, and support, a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to lift up to 15kg to support with deliveries
Must be an Australian Citizen for Security Clearance
