Qualifications & experience

  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role/industry (Dealer Service Advisors considered.)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Debtor chasing experience desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with IBodyshop and Estimage desirable but not essential.
  • Wellstructured with impeccable organisation skills.
  • A disciplined approach to time management and time keeping.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • To ensure that all customers and guests are greeted and assisted in a prompt courteous and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and booking assessments for Accident Repair Centre.
  • Booking in Estimates.
  • Scanning documents and parts entry.
  • Invoicing.
  • Additional Administrative housekeeping duties as required.
