We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Bookings Co-ordinator & Receptionist for a permanent position within a reputable automotive dealership located in Sydney. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in the automotive dealership industry. Your main responsibilities will revolve around managing service bookings, coordinating vehicle services, and providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. The position is full-time, from Monday to Friday, and offers promising career advancement prospects.
**Your New Role**:
As the first point of contact for all service customers, your role will be crucial in creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Efficiently managing service bookings and coordinating vehicle services.
- Offering professional and friendly assistance to customers via phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date database management.

- Proven experience in reception or customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
