About the candidate

We are seeking a site-based individual with exceptional leadership and organizational abilities. Desired qualifications and skills include:

  • Preferably male
  • Previous managerial or team leadership experience
  • Working with clients with disabilities, including High-Needs participants
  • Ability to work outside regular hours when needed
  • Engagement with client stakeholders
  • Disability qualification a plus
  • Strong administrative and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in WHS compliance and medication administration

Mandatory requirement

The chosen candidate must have or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Orientation certificate.
