Psychology Practice Administrative Assistant

Gateway Home Psychology Service is seeking a well organised, fast adapting administration assistant who experience in an administration role and understanding of mental health practice.


Primary roles includes:

  • Answering and calling back calls from new and exisitng patients as well as from case workers, GP's and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Booking patient appointments and managing appointments
  • Liasing with therapists with rebooking and rescheduling appointments and updating their availability
  • Processing payments
  • Drafting letters and reports

Highly regarded skills:

  • Student psychologist or provisonal psychologist or similar field of study or experience
  • Fast learner able to work independently and efficiently
  • High energy, charismatic and empathetic
Must be available to work from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay is $27 per hour plus superannuation (awared wage depending on age)

Our office is located in in Robina, Gold Coast, QLD
