Role Summary:

As the Transportation Market Lead reporting directly to the CEO of Australia & New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue, developing market strategies, and ensuring successful project execution within the Transportation sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the overall market strategy and executing the annual business plan.
  • Identifying and managing portfolio risks and escalating key decisions to the CEO.
  • Promoting best practices in Health and Safety and CDM within the Transportation market.
  • Delivering market revenue, profit, and practice demand in alignment with or exceeding agreed budgets.
  • Leading business development efforts and successful bidding to maintain a sustainable project pipeline.
  • Owning the market proposition and thought leadership in collaboration with our Win Work teams.
  • Providing leadership, management, and technical guidance to the Transportation team.
  • Ensuring proper execution of Bid processes and managing project financial performance.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a preference for a postgraduate degree or management coursework.
  • Experience in delivering infrastructure for Transportation projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial oversight.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
