About the company

Our client is a leading Technology business who are seeking an experience Event Marketing Manager who is passionate to join a smaill busy team. Your primary focus will be on the company's Branded events focused on our top tier accounts, which may include Digital, In-Person, or Hybrid formats, ensuring professional execution and a positive and engaging experience for all attendees and stakeholders.

Day to day activities

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop event promotion strategies, including social media, etc.
  • You will be required to work closely with preferred vendors, aligning to Safety and Security guidelines

Ideal candidate

The right candidate will be an established and professional events manager and maintain knowledge within their professional area of expertise, to ensure technical ability is relevant and up-to-date, enabling successful performance in the position.

  • Experience in managing events in Technology
  • Minimum 5 years corporate events experience required
  • Have managed and reconciled event budgets
  • Proven ability to implement event strategies throughout multiple business units
  • Ability to transfer creative ideas into an outcome
  • Strong experience and skills in budget forecasting and management
  • Proven ability to engage and influence people internally and externally
  • Demonstrated background in working with others to achieve outcomes
