About You

Demonstrable exposure at a Senior Management level ideally within the spray seal, asphalt, surfacing or paving industry

Along with:

  • Qualifications in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare operational budgets, P&L's as well as the ability to interrogate financial information.
  • A successful track record of Zero Harm leadership as well as the ability to support operations to continually improve safety performance.
  • Demonstrable exposure of delivering transformational change and continuous improvement in organisations.
  • Successful track record of leadership of similar size multicontract businesses with people focused services.
