As the Talent & Rewards Project Officer you will coordinate, under broad direction of the Remuneration & Global Mobility manager, various Reward and Talent projects and initiatives.


The projects and initiatives that you will be included in however, not limited to are annual remuneration review, talent, and performance management such as the Yearly Performance Development project, classification committee, mobility projects as well as assist the talent team with academic promotions.


This excellent opportunity will suit a determined, motivated professional who are looking to expand their HR knowledge within a broad position.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Affinity or experience with immigration and remuneration in the HR space.
  • Administration skills and experience and a demonstrated capacity to deliver effective processes and systems.
  • Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in frontline customer service with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer Service.
  • Welldeveloped communication skills, including the ability to draft documentation and interact positively with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a degree relevant to Human Resources without subsequent relevant work experience.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
