About the role:


A rare and exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Operations Manager to Supervise and manage the operational functions of this Super-regional shopping center, based on the Gold Coast.


Duties:

  • Work closely with the Centre Manager to roll out the strategic and operational direction of the Centre.
  • Coorindate and manage contractors, ensuring agreed standards of service delivery are met.
  • CAPEX and OPEX budget preparation and execution.
  • Oversee tenancy coordination.
  • Drive the presentation and curation of the centre.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the centre with a key focus on continuous improvement.

The skills and experience required for this role:

  • 10+ years previous experience as a Facilities, Maintenance or Operations Manager in a shopping centre, or similar.
  • The ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment.
  • Computer and financial reporting literacy.
  • Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services Trade.
  • Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk.
