General Manager - Hospitality and Entertainment

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead the hospitality and entertainment operations at The Club at Parkwood Village, a premier entertainment destination on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, including commercial outcomes, staff management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for the launch of the new Surf and Golf resort, including the design and development of the food and beverage offerings.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including tendering, ordering, and stock management.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and ensure the maintenance of high standards of customer service and staff welfare.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a focus on food and beverage operations.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.
