Wastewater Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Operations Manager to join our team at In Kehna. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our wastewater treatment plant, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the wastewater treatment plant, including monitoring and controlling treatment processes, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of wastewater treatment plant operators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of the plant.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the plant operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and permits, including those related to water quality, safety, and environmental protection.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, including pumps, motors, and other critical systems.
- Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of treated wastewater, ensuring that it meets or exceeds regulatory standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on plant operations, maintenance, and compliance, as well as maintain accurate records of plant activities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations, with a strong background in plant management and regulatory compliance.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and with external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications used in plant operations.
