- Extensive venue management experience in bars, bistros, executive lounges, or restaurants
- Hands-on operational approach and passion for developing your career in hospitality
- Outstanding standards, professionalism, and commitment to guest service
- Confidence to lead a large and diverse team while providing individual coaching
- Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
