THE ROLE
Reporting to the Victorian Procurement Manager, your duties will include:

  • Using Microsoft Excel to schedule the use of equipment across multiple construction sites
  • Collaborating with multiple company suppliers
  • Assisting Procurement and Supply Chain teams internally with ad hoc administration
  • Troubleshooting scheduling issues and solving at a fast pace

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel at a fast pace
  • Previous experience in Scheduling positions is preferable
  • Previous experience within residential construction space is preferable
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
