The Role


We are currently seeking an individual with customer service and/or administration experience to join our Adviser Services Administration team within our Retail Distribution function.


The purpose of the adviser services team member role is to deliver to our advisers and licensee partners an efficient and high-quality service relating to the onboarding, book transfers and policy transfers, adviser and licensee changes and commission payments.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to our partners through completion of all work types in an administrative environment.
  • Owning and resolving adviser and licensee administrative requests in a timely manner in line with our service level agreement.
  • Providing empathetic service through respect, understanding and effective communication to both our external and internal partners.
  • Working closely within your team to look at continual service improvement initiatives and implement these ideas in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude for working with computers including multitasking and navigating between multiple screen and programs.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to be resilient in a highvolume phonebased environment.
  • Have proven experience of working towards deadlines and KPIs.
