The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support in various HR functions for 20 hours per week.

HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in sourcing and coordinating training and development programs for employees
  • Support the daily operations of the HR department

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
  • A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Familiarity with HR management systems and databases
  • Will have sound knowledge of applicable HR legislation and workplace health & safety standard
  • Be selfmotivated and results orientated
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Job Types: Parttime, Permanent

Salary: 20 hours per week - Clerk sector award Level 2

Schedule:
4-hour shift, 5 days a week

Monday to Friday
