About the Role

You will be working on behalf of our client, Australia's largest telecommunications. Our client's purpose is to build a connected future so everyone can thrive. It's a future that won't happen on its own, it has to be delivered. And, this is where YOU come in, by playing your part in helping their customers. You will be connecting with customers around Australia to assist them in a time of need. Here, you will use your empathetic attitude with the customer, understand their situation, and develop a tailored outcome.


If you're interested, here is what you need to know.- We have both Full time and Part Time roles available- You will initially be on an 18 Month contract - view to extend.

- Full Time

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm (rotating roster)
  • No weekends
  • Part Time rosters 8am to 12pm or 3pm to 5pm
  • Must be available to work fulltime hours during training (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
  • Training located in Exhibition Street Melbourne CBD.
  • Post Training and nesting
  • Hybrid Model
