The Role:

These full time role will manage up to four direct reports, and a team of up to fifty employees. The Manager Delivery Southern Region will be based from our Bangholme Regional Office.

You will be responsible for driving a strong values based culture and encourage engagement across the team and the wider business.

Within the role you will inspire and motivate your people using well developed coaching and mentoring skills.


The role will be responsible for the delivery and facilitation of maintenance and minor capital programs (up to $30 Million) through our delivery teams and contractors.

Your extensive leadership and commercial experience will ensure the programs are delivered with safety as a top priority.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in the delivery of fieldbased maintenance and minor capital programs with excellent financial and commercial acumen skills.
  • Extensive leadership and management skills, including significant experience in managing direct reports and operational staff, including demonstrated experience in leading change.
  • Considerable experience with procurement in a government environment.
  • Demonstrated and proactive Health and Safety leadership and a personal commitment to injury prevention and improving Health and Safety procedures, policies and plans.
  • Proven experience and collaboration with government agencies, traditional owner groups, external service providers and engaged community groups
  • Demonstrated experience with emergency response management and coordination will be highly regarded
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills, and demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Your ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required together with a relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering, Science or similar) and a valid Victorian Driver's License.
