Strong understanding of NCC legislation and disclosures required for home lending in a personal name. Proactive in managing NCC process for the portfolio and organised for annual audit.
Strong understanding of pricing process and where to lodge pricing requests. Excellent ability to prepare pricing comparisons for refinances and new purchases.
High level of industry and product knowledgeProven experience in residential lending and ideally commercial lending alsoAbility to liaise directly with clients to complete fact finds and communicate with clients all the way to settlement.
