The Opportunity


Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual looking for an exciting career opportunity in Parts Administration? Look no further We are seeking a dynamic Administrator to join our Adelaide team and help us deliver support to Workshop staff for inquiries, while assisting the Workshop Manager in fulfilling various administrative needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Coordinate the daytoday administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and other duties as required for the Centurion Fleet
  • Third Party Invoice pricing and reconciliation
  • Vehicle Registration of Centurion Fleet
  • Assist Finance with weekly reporting of costs
  • Manage & administer Insurance claims, Accident repairs & reporting processes for Centurion Fleet.
  • Ensure Asset records and kept up to date and accurate
  • Assist other Fleet & Maintenance/ Tyres/property maintenance administration as required
  • Parts ordering and receipting of goods
  • Manage and maintain the data entry of all work carried out

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Workshop Admin/ Parts/ Store person advantageous
  • Forklift Licence preferred or willing to obtain
  • Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a fastpaced team
