Opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a collaborative team.

**Your new company**

This cleaning and maintenance organisation specialises in large scale corporate cleaning across multiple sites within South Australia. This SA owned and operated business provides quality and timely service to clients and maintains a high level of satisfaction from clients.

**Your new role**
- Drafting and revising contracts (template is provided), which may include preparing quotes and documents for tender, as well as legal agreements with customer or suppliers.
- Updating contract information in the system and managing new and existing contracts compliance and expiry dates.
- Managing and updating asset register and test and tag activities.
- Purchasing, procurement, and stock control, including managing back up orders.
- Manage non-conformance register to make sure documents and actions are up-to-date.
- Support the Operations Manager when required.
- Administration tasks such as data entry will be required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills when liaising with internal or external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to investigate and search for information and documents needed
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to draft contracts per the requirements of the business
