Your opportunity
As an Administration Officer, you will be part of the Office of the CEO and Spring Hill office operations.
You will coordinate a range of organisational processes, provide general administrative support and maintain primary responsibility for the front desk/reception duties.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:- Provide administrative support to the CEO's office
- Manage and coordinate the booking and reconciliation of all staff travel requirements by the Lives Lived Well Travel Policy
- Prepare documents to a high standard of accuracy and presentation including gathering and sorting the relevant information
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring confidentiality, and accurately recording all incoming correspondence and communication
- Coordinate and arrange catering requirements and undertake errands as requested
- Answering and directing incoming calls as required Undertake general housekeeping of reception, kitchens, meeting rooms, and common areas
What you'll bring
Here's what you'll need:
- Highly desirable if you hold a Certificate II in Business
- Proven capacity to provide a high standard of confidential administrative support
- Welldeveloped communication and collaboration skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional presentation, client service orientation and client liaison skills
- Energy and skills to organise and prioritise multiple work activities to meet deadlines and consistently deliver to a high standard
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and work flexibly as part of a team.
