The Organisation

Providing tailored fleet leasing solutions for the transport of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, this business has built a reputation for the delivery of specialised solutions and exceptional service.

The highly effective small team in Brisbane manage the Australasian region and now require temporary assistance due the upcoming extended leave of a team member.

The team is also growing so the temporary opportunity could lead to further ongoing work

Your Responsibilities

Working as part of the customer service team you will enjoy providing A+ customer support in addition to assisting the team with order entry and general administrative tasks.

Below are the responsibilities for the temporary position;

  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Manage customer service inbox
  • Provide sales support to new and existing clients.
  • Data entry of orders
  • Update existing Excel spreadsheets
  • General support to the customer service team as required
Following the completion of the temporary assignment, if you are loving the role and are keen to be considered for ongoing/permanent opportunities in the business, the full job requirements include;

  • Develop long term, sustainable customer relationships
  • Manage enquiries for on hire and off hire fleet
  • Process orders through to invoicing
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competition in the market.
  • Ensure equipment performance and service provision is in line with service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Monthly reporting on customer service statistics, objectives and performance
  • Build rapport with service providers (depots) and customers travel to depot when required

Your Background
We are seeking a person who loves finding solutions for clients and providing an exceptional customer experience. A strong administration and customer service background are the core requirements in addition to;

  • Prior business to business customer service experience essential
  • MS Office experience (Excel, Word & Outlook) at an intermediate level
  • Competent computer and data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Transport/logistics/fleet background advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good initiative to assist the team
  • Strong follow through and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
