Working as part of the customer service team you will enjoy providing A+ customer support in addition to assisting the team with order entry and general administrative tasks.
Below are the responsibilities for the temporary position;- Communicate effectively with customers
- Manage customer service inbox
- Provide sales support to new and existing clients.
- Data entry of orders
- Update existing Excel spreadsheets
- General support to the customer service team as required
- Develop long term, sustainable customer relationships
- Manage enquiries for on hire and off hire fleet
- Process orders through to invoicing
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competition in the market.
- Ensure equipment performance and service provision is in line with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Monthly reporting on customer service statistics, objectives and performance
- Build rapport with service providers (depots) and customers travel to depot when required

- Transport/logistics/fleet background advantageous but not essential

- Good initiative to assist the team
- Strong follow through and time management skills
